  1. Basic characteristics:

    In the early 1990s, China began domestic research and successful development of β 21s titanium alloy, with the corresponding domestic brand TB8. TB8 was used instead of 1Cr18Ni9Ti on the engine hood of a certain domestic aircraft model, reducing the weight of the aircraft by 14kg and improving the corrosion resistance and thermal stability of the parts. After using this alloy instead of 30CrMnSiA to manufacture a certain aircraft, the welded components of the fuselage load-bearing frame achieved a weight reduction of 15-20%, greatly improving the structural efficiency of the aircraft.
