  1. Basic characteristics:

    The excellent cold rolling and cold forming properties of TB5 alloy enable it to form moderately complex sheet metal parts at room temperature and perform superplastic forming above 700 ℃. In addition, this alloy can also be used for the production of cold heading rivets and bolts.

  4. Application area:

    TB5 alloy is mainly used to manufacture various sheet metal components and fasteners, which can meet the requirements of high structural efficiency, high production efficiency, and low manufacturing cost. The working temperature in the solution treatment state is below 200 ℃, and the working temperature in the solution aging state can reach 290 ℃. The semi-finished products of this alloy mainly include thin plates, strips, and rods (wires), and can also be used to produce pipes.
