  1. Basic characteristics:

TA10 (Titanium Molybdenum Nickel Alloy) has a nominal composition of Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni. It is a Ti-12 alloy developed by the United States in the mid-1970s. It is a titanium alloy that is resistant to crevice corrosion. The tensile strength of this alloy is twice that of pure titanium at 300, and its corrosion resistance to reducing media is significantly improved. It does not undergo crevice corrosion in chlorides ranging from 150 to 200.

  3. Technical standards for TA10 materials:

    GB/T3624-2010,GB/T3625-2010,ASTM B337,ASTM B338, ASTM B861,ASTM B862, etc.

  4. Application area:

Mainly used for manufacturing compressor components, such as forged titanium fans, compressor discs and blades, cast titanium compressor casings, intermediate casings, bearing shells, etc. Spacecraft mainly utilize the high specific strength, corrosion resistance, and low-temperature resistance of titanium alloy to manufacture various pressure vessels, fuel storage tanks, fasteners, instrument straps, frames, and rocket shells. Artificial Earth satellites, lunar modules, manned spacecraft, and space shuttles also use titanium alloy plate welding components.
