  1. Basic characteristics:

    TB3 alloy is a metastable beta titanium alloy independently developed in China that can be heat treated and strengthened. The alloy exhibits excellent cold forming performance in the solution treated state, with a forging ratio of up to 2.8; The strength and fracture toughness match well in the solid solution aging state. Compared with alpha beta type alloys, this alloy has a higher density and lower resistance to high-temperature creep.

    TB3 alloy is a commonly used fastener material, mainly used as a substitute for the production of national standard bolts, screws, and nuts, as well as aerospace standard products and some enterprise standard products, with strengths of 800MPa and 1100MPa. The above two strength levels are required, and excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance or weight reduction are required. For use below 200 ° C or 300 ° C, they can be selected.
