  1. Basic characteristics:

    TC1 alloy is a low strength and high plasticity near alpha titanium alloy, containing 2% alpha stable element AI and 1.5% beta stable element Mn. This alloy has good process plasticity, welding performance, and thermal stability, and has been widely used in the aviation and aerospace industry. The alloy can work at a temperature of 350 ℃ for a long time.

    The main semi-finished products of TC1 alloy include plates, strips, bars, pipes, forgings, profiles, and wires. The alloy cannot be strengthened by solid solution aging treatment when used in an annealed state. This alloy is most suitable for manufacturing parts for sheet metal stamping and welding.

  3. Application field:

    Mainly used for manufacturing compressor components, such as forged titanium fans, compressor discs and blades, cast titanium compressor casings, intermediate casings, bearing shells, etc. Spacecraft mainly utilize the high specific strength, corrosion resistance, and low-temperature resistance of titanium alloy to manufacture various pressure vessels, fuel storage tanks, fasteners, instrument straps, frames, and rocket shells. Artificial Earth satellites, lunar modules, manned spacecraft, and space shuttles also use titanium alloy plate welding components.
