Processing of nickel based alloy pipes
Alloy pipes are a new choice for seamless pipe connections and pipeline connections. Alloy pipes play a very important role in both fire water systems, tower free water supply equipment, and pipeline systems that require petrochemical equipment pipeline management systems, thermal and defense technology pipeline systems.
1. Hot forging method.
This production and processing method is more targeted. Before the preparation of steel plate processing and extrusion processing, when extruding pipe fittings with a diameter of 100mm, the investment in machinery and equipment is relatively low, resulting in less consumption of raw materials and relatively sound professionalism. Once the specifications of the pipes are improved, the hot forging method requires a large load and powerful mechanical equipment, so the automatic control system will also be updated.
2. Hot stamping processing method.
Fix the general product workpiece or preformed notch on the rotating motor shaft, wheel compression notch, and tangential wheel. After one or more treatments, it is possible to have various hollow thin-walled cycloidal products. Products manufactured through precision machining methods have excellent mechanical properties, a range of specifications and models, relatively simple regulations for mold shells and mobile software, easy replacement, and relatively low production costs. Long out of stock time, low output, limited total length of production and processing pipelines, and generally short specifications of mechanical equipment.
3. Thermal aperture method.
This method is more flexible to use, and the equipment needs to be simple, low-cost, and easy to maintain. It is a sustained and flexible change in commodity specifications for socio-economic development. For example, in large-scale manufacturing, you only need to add some spare parts to make grooved pipe bends and similar products. The hot push expanding method can produce and manufacture large-diameter thin-walled alloy pipes, and can also drive the professional ability of mechanical equipment thin-walled pipes.
4. Hot piercing and hot rolling method.
This method takes unfolding as the core to unfold longitudinal and diagonal rolling. The former mainly involves hot rolling with a limited movement mandrel mill, cold rolling with a few station mandrel mill, and hot rolling with a three roll limited movement mandrel mill. This method has the advantages of high efficiency, low consumption of metal materials, high product quality, and excellent automatic control systems, and is increasingly widely used.
