Metal capillary tube manufacturers explain the processing of capillaries to everyone
Metal capillary tubes are a type of precision/dense stainless steel tube that is widely used, with main processes including forming, welding seam leveling, and nozzle treatment.
1. Welding and Forming.
Firstly, rotate the stainless steel strip and use a roller to warp both ends in preparation for the next process;
Then, based on the previous step, rotate the roller to press the steel strip tightly, so that both ends of the steel strip are tightly pressed against the mold cavity, and rolled into a certain circular shape;
Continue to curl on the basis of the previous step, making the steel strip curl into a shape closer to the circular steel pipe, and shortening the interface distance;
Then, the next step is to roll the steel strip into a circular tube and move forward, using an argon arc welding gun to weld the connection at both ends of the steel strip to make it a circular tube.
2. Weld leveling.
Due to the small diameter of stainless steel capillary tubes, the welding seam leveling technology is different from conventional pipe fittings.
In addition, if you want to form a square tube or other irregular tube, you should also draw it through a mold. The external force acts on the front end of the drawn steel pipe, and the tube blank is pulled out from the mold hole smaller than the blank section to obtain the corresponding shape and size.
3. Nozzle treatment.
The above processes basically meet the production requirements of stainless steel capillary tubes, but some customers require nozzle treatment, such as pointed ends, reduced necks, flares, flanging, slotting, etc.
