Brief introduction:

Oxygen free copper ingots are produced using an electron beam melting furnace in a vacuum environment.

• Melting is carried out in a vacuum environment using customized graphite crucibles, and the crucible size can be customized according to customer needs.

• Copper has extremely high purity and low hydrogen and oxygen content.

• The interior of the ingot is continuous and consistent, without defects such as porosity, looseness, shrinkage, and inclusions.

• Small grain size and uniform metallographic structure.

• Suitable for transportation and processing into other forms of products.

Specifications:

Properties: Excellent machinability, low thermal expansion rate, resistant to the destructive effects of certain alkalis and non concentrated acids, wide operating temperature range, low resistance.

Common specifications: The diameter and length of round ingots, as well as the length, width, and thickness of square ingots, can be customized according to customer requirements.

Usage: This product is a semi-finished product, easy to transport, and can be used for the production of target materials, processing of copper pipes, copper plates, and other products.
