Alloy602CA is a low-carbon nickel chromium molybdenum niobium alloy with excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media. Due to its low carbon content and stable heat treatment, there is still no sensitization tendency even after 50 hours of high-temperature insulation at 650-900 ℃. The supply status is in the softened and annealed state, and its application scope includes wet corrosion environments. It has obtained T Å V certification for applications in pressure vessels at temperatures ranging from -196 to 450 ℃. Additionally, slightly adjusted performance is suitable for high-temperature applications. Mechanical properties can be improved through age hardening.

  • Absorption tower, reheater, flue gas inlet baffle, fan (wet), agitator, guide plate, and flue in the flue gas desulfurization system.

  • Equipment and components used for manufacturing applications in acidic gas environments.

  • Acetic acid and acetic anhydride reaction generator.

  • Sulfuric acid condenser.
