1J22 is a high saturation magnetic induction iron cobalt vanadium soft magnetic alloy. Among existing soft magnetic materials, this alloy has the highest saturation magnetic induction intensity (2.4T), high Curie point (980 ℃), and the highest saturation magnetostriction coefficient (60-100 × 10-6). Due to the high saturation magnetic induction intensity, when making motors of the same power, the volume can be greatly reduced. When making electromagnets, a large suction force can be generated at the same cross-sectional area. Due to the high Curie point, this alloy can work at higher temperatures where other soft magnetic materials have been completely demagnetized and maintain good magnetic stability. Due to its large magnetostrictive coefficient, it is highly suitable for use as a magnetostrictive transducer, with high output energy and high work efficiency. The alloy has a low electrical resistivity (0.27 μ Ω · m), not suitable for use at high frequencies. The price is relatively expensive, easy to oxidize, and the processing performance is poor. Adding an appropriate amount of nickel or other elements can improve its processing performance.
